Who better to stop the bleeding of a three game losing streak than that team from Detroit? Vancouver holds the series lead so far 2-1, including an OT win last week (why are we playing them so much early on?) and Vigneault gets an added trick up his sleeve of not revealing who plays in net tonight. The wildcard answer would be Julien Ellis which would make watching the game potentially lethal.
For some inexplicable reason some other guys on the team are excited to take on the champs. Maybe because they shit the bed against the likes of the Blue Jackets that they’ll be forced to play like an NHL team against the elites of the league? I’ll go with that rationale.
